Bureau Veritas Turkmenistan is an independent TIC organisation delivering third-party inspection, laboratory analysis, non-destructive testing, calibration and certification to energy, petrochemical, mining, marine and industrial clients. We give owners, regulators, insurers and international buyers verified evidence that assets, materials and consignments meet the standards they claim to meet.
Company overview
We are a technical assurance organisation, not a contractor. Since 2008 we have operated as an impartial third party between those who build, produce and trade, and those who must rely on the result. Our inspectors, engineers and analysts work under a single documented management system covering competence, impartiality, confidentiality and continual improvement.
Our expertise was formed in one of the most demanding operating environments in the Caspian region: sour service gas processing, cryogenic and high-pressure systems, marine export terminals and large fertilizer and petrochemical complexes. That foundation now supports a broader portfolio spanning vendor surveillance, shutdown and turnaround inspection, cargo verification, materials testing and accredited chemical analysis.
Within the testing, inspection and certification industry our role is deliberately narrow and deliberately independent. We do not design, fabricate, trade or repair. We verify — against project specifications, national regulation and international codes including ISO, API, ASME, ASTM, EN and IEC — and we issue documentation that supports acceptance, release, custody transfer and statutory compliance decisions.

Executive leadership
Our executive team is accountable for technical governance as well as commercial performance — every director holds a technical background in the disciplines we deliver.
Chief Executive Officer
Twenty-five years across upstream operations and asset integrity management, previously accountable for assurance across a Caspian gas processing complex. Leads group strategy, international expansion and the impartiality framework reported to the governance board.
Technical Director
Analytical chemist and chartered engineer responsible for technical governance, method validation and accreditation scope. Chairs the technical review panel that authorises every certificate and contested-result investigation issued by the group.
Laboratory Director
Metallurgist with two decades in petrochemical and minerals testing. Directs the analytical and mechanical laboratories, proficiency testing participation, measurement uncertainty policy and the group instrumentation investment programme.
Operations Director
Leads field deployment, vendor surveillance and turnaround readiness across all regions. Accountable for inspector competence, HSE performance, mobilisation response times and on-time delivery of technical reporting.
