How document verification works
What document formats can I upload for verification?+
The portal accepts PDF, Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), and common image formats (.jpg, .jpeg, .png). If your document is in another format, contact our technical desk for assistance.
Which documents can be checked through this portal?+
The portal covers inspection reports, laboratory reports, certificates of conformity, release notes and other formal documents issued by Bureau Veritas Turkmenistan.
How quickly will I receive a result?+
Once the backend verification system is connected, results will be returned automatically. At present the portal confirms that your document has been submitted successfully and will redirect you to our verification partner.
What should I do if a document cannot be verified?+
Contact our technical desk with a copy of the document. A senior inspector will cross-check internal records, confirm issue status and advise on next steps.
